3. What formal training have you had in music? OCONOMOWOC COMMUNITY CHOIR SCHOLARSHIPS A Rod Rahn Scholarship may be offered with the proceeds of the endowment which was established for the Choir in memory of a former director.
Scholarship eligibility:
1.The Oconomowoc Community Choir Scholarship is offered to high school and college students who are frimly committed to pursuing a career in music.
2.Applicants must reside within the school districts of Oconomowoc, Kettle Moraine, Arrowhead or Watertown. 3.Each applicant may win a maximum of three (3) scholarships from the Choir. Your application must include two separate letters of reference, with at least one from an individual in the music field who has direct knowledge of your abilities. A personal interview and audition may be requested. Auditions will be held on Saturday May 21, 2011. Winners will be expected to perform at the Oconomowoc Community Choir concerts during the Festival of the Arts Week. Date to be announced very soon. The application with the references must be received together, and postmarked by April 1, 2011. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
